Finally got our taxes filed tonight. I don't know why I wait this long EVERY year -- we always get a refund and never have to pay. But I so so so hate doing them. Bleeeah. I know perfectly well that if I would do them in, say, February that I would feel so much better -- they wouldn't be hanging over my head for months. But knowing that and getting myself to actually get on with it are two VERY different things.
But now the darned things are actually done and submitted and I deserve a reward. I bought some really nice new ice cream a week or so ago that I've been saving for just this occasion. It almost makes it worth it.
