Had a little trouble sleeping tonight so I decided to get up and check my e-mail, and when I walked out toward the stairs, there was Boo -- sound asleep in that new dog "sofa" bed!
By the time I got my camera, he was sitting up, but when I first saw him he was sound asleep with his head on that arm as a pillow -- he looked VERY comfy.
He probably would have been up on our bed if he had been in the bedroom, but I had closed Rocky and Joe in the bedroom and left Boo in the living room by himself hoping he would eat! He hadn't eaten this morning or this evening so I wanted to leave him alone with a bowl of food so Joe could NOT eat it for him!
And, as you can tell from that empty bowl, he had finally eaten. That's a relief. I was beginning to think he would need to go to the vet to see why he wasn't eating. I think his problem, though, is probably pain. When he walks, he doesn't walk normally at the moment, so he probably is having a lot of arthritis pain. Maybe all our freezing weather has affected him. Well, it IS warm outside again, and if he's eating he IS getting his pain meds down, so I hope he's going to be feeling better shortly.
