MORE photos of Jackie! . . .

Got a note from Jackie's foster dad this morning -- they have decided to hold off bringing Jackie and Bettie up until next weekend when Mark gets home.  Darn!  I was really excited to see them today.

 

Oh well -- next weekend they can leave them BOTH here, not just Bettie.

 

Samuel sent me a number of pictures in this e-mail.  But I had already found all but two of them on the Bulldog Rescue Facebook page (see the January 3 post below).  I really like these, though - particularly this first one.  It really shows the brindle color of Jackie's coat nicely -- most of them make it look like he's solid black when in fact he is not.

 

Interesting that he would let them hang out there with his hose. 
(If that were Joey, that hose would be in 27 pieces in NO time!!)

The other two dogs are Samuel's own dogs.

Hmmm.  I did find it a little disconcerting to see Jack wearing that prong collar in the picture above.  I wouldn't have thought he needed that, given what I've been told about him to date.  And what the heck kind of collar is that on Sam's pit? . . . looks WAY too wide to be comfortable for him. 

Oh well . . . once Jack is mine he'll wear whatever I put on him -- and it won't be one of those!  

I'm still looking forward to next weekend.  They better not put it off a fourth time!!!  (If they do, I'm liable to go down to THEIR place instead!)
