First the good news - just got a call from Ginny, the girl who schedules for Dr. Cleveland, that horse chiropractor. He WILL be over on Thursday to work on both Lizzie and Duke. And since he's going to Lafayette first, he won't be coming until at least 3, and probably after 5 -- they're going to give me a call here at the office when they leave Lafayette. That'll give me plenty of time to head home and get everyone ready before they arrive. The only real problem is that we don't have a lot of light if he's there after dark. But on the plus side, I doubt that he NEEDS as much light as Zoilo does when he trims their feet. I imagine with him it will be a lot more feeling than seeing. So that should be fine.
Now the bad news. For some reason, when I got up this morning my back was hurting so badly again that I can barely manage to stand up. NOT good. Sure wish Mark were home. Although, it's not like a can't walk at all -- it just takes me about 5 minutes to get from sitting to standing. It's just like it was before I had those spinal injections. I can sit. And I can stand. What I CAN'T do is bend. So the progression from down to up is seriously painful. And I have no pain meds left.
Sigh.
