Short day!

Got up late, then Wendy and I went "condo shopping" while Mark visited the Air Force Museum over at Wright Pat.

We phoned the owner of a condo in an absolutely gorgeous wooded area and she said she was about to leave work five minutes away and would we like to look at it.  Yes - absolutely!  And it was lovely.  In fact, I was so taken by the interior that I forgot to take pictures!  But the outside got photographed, at least:

This is the condo we looked at.
This is a view down a nearby street.

This is a view down a neighboring drive showing the kind of view out the back of that condo.
VERY nice and VERY private.

We looked at several others from the outside but didn't go inside any of the others.
This one is up on a hill as you drive into that same area - although it is much different in style from those others.

This one was in a different area.

This is the side patio and yard space of the condo in the picture above.  Not large, but sufficient for Sam anyway.

But Wendy is beginning to wonder if, given the price of the condos she likes, she wouldn't be better off just buying a house!   I think she may have something there.  Can't hurt to compare anyway.

Then this evening we had dinner with a good friend of Wendy's and her husband, Charlene and Steve, at a GREAT Chinese restaurant.  Loved it.  Then we went by their house to meet several of their dogs.  They're active in a Collie rescue group so all are Collies except their original Golden Retriever, Bailey.

Here's Mark with Bailey.

And below are Troy and Lexie visiting with Wendy.
