Sunday morning

I'm still feeling a lot better this morning.  Fingers still crossed, but maybe . . . MAYBE I'm on my way back to normal.  Hooray!

Gwen sent me a picture of Penny, her Swiss Mountain Dog, last night in her cone collar.  Poor baby.  Dogs just HATE those things.  But she is soooo cute, isn't she!

It also looks like she's sitting on that leg she had the surgery on, so apparently her pain meds are working.  That's a good thing.  Well -- it's a good thing for Penny, but probably NOT a good thing for the carpet she's sitting on since the incision is still weeping.  Oh, well, carpet cleaning coming up, huh Gwen?

Went out to visit with the horses last night once they were completely dry and their coats felt SO good -- nice and soft and shiny.  Definitely going to stay with that EZ-All stuff.  Can't believe how clean they are with absolutely NO scrubbing.  Amazing.

Well, Mark and Boo just drove in (he went over to Lowes to get some more plumbing fittings to finish up the water lines in the barn this morning and took Boo along), so I guess we'll be having breakfast shortly.  Lovely Sunday.
