Well, I wanted to get a picture of my new hat tonight, but Mark was at the barn when I got home and I didn't wanted to wait to get out of my clothes and wash my face, so I decided to take a picture of myself . . . somehow.
First I tried taking a picture with my webcam --
not too bad, but the overhead lighting in here isn't very good with a hat on (not to mention the fact that the mess on the table behind me is all too apparent).
So I decided to try taking my own picture in the bathroom mirror --
Better - but the angle is a bit low.
It was VERY hard to figure out how to keep the camera away from my face! They all look pretty silly, don't they? But you CAN see the hat anyway. That bottom picture actually looks the most like it actually looks on me, I think. Don't you love it! Looks waaaay better than a cowboy hat on me.
