Wow!

I'll tell you what -- getting the pasture cleared out is a fine thing, but the FOOD Buddy and Lisa brought today was even BETTER!!   Soooo much absolutely wonderful stuff! 

They brought steaks that Buddy grilled and you hardly even needed a knife, they were so tender!  The best steaks we've had anywhere EVER that either Mark or I can remember!  Plus fish -- trout, I think.  Those had all kinds of spices on them and they were just wonderful.  He also brought some other things that he made, but we haven't had a chance to eat those yet.  But the crème de la crème, as far as I'm concerned? . . . bread pudding that Buddy made - the kind they serve down at one of the high-end restaurants in New Orleans.  Yum!  Just THINKING about it makes my mouth water!  I've already eaten two helpings, so I'm going to TRY and hold off eating the rest of it, at least until tomorrow.
